Shipping policy

Shipping Costs 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $40 and over shipping to the US. For all orders under $40 a flat shipping rate of $5 applies. 

Shipping Times

Incoming orders are usually shipped on the next day and delivered within 5 business days. 

We always dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Delays during shipping are out of our hands, so we can only promise an approximate arrival date. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding.

Sunbound ships to all US states. 

Delivery

Our preferred shipper is USPS. Couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with the exception of federal holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent out. 

Entering your telephone number during checkout will be useful for couriers in case they need to contact you.

Orders are processed automatically by our systems and it is usually not possible to change a shipping address after an order is placed. Please double-check the shipping address before confirming your order and contact us right away should you need to make any changes after ordering.
