Returns
Our products are handmade to order just for you. That’s why unfortunately we are not able to accept returns due to change of mind or liking.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days after delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can message us through our contact form or at hello@sunbound.co and we will get back to you about a refund shortly.
Personalized Products
When personalizing a product through the Sunbound shop, please double-check the name or letters you are providing for printing. We do not accept returns for personalized products due to faulty provision of names.
